Fees and Contact Details
Please feel free to email me about my availability. I offer a half price 50 minute introductory online or telephone session to enable us to see if we would be a good fit to work together.
The best way to make contact with me is by email to arrange either a video call or phone call by appointment. Regrettably, I don't have capacity to answer phone calls in my working week and any calls would need to be booked in. I prefer initial contact by email as my phone is usually on do not disturb when I am working and texts won't be seen (or responded to usually) for some time.
Availability - I work weekdays Monday to Thursday plus a few limited evening spaces.
Counselling and psychotherapy - my day time fees are £70.00 per 50 minute session for individuals. For organisations my fees are slightly higher to cover resources provided. Evening availability - I have very limited evening space and sessions from 5pm are charged at £80.00 per 50 minute session.
Counselling and Psychotherapy students/concessions - I am able to offer a limited number of reduced rates for therapy, mentoring, or supervision for concessions & counselling students.
Supervision - I offer integrative supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists as well as other health professionals. Fees are: £70 per hour or £105 for 1.5 hours. I have a small number of concessionary and trainee spaces, there is usually a waiting list for these spaces and you are welcome to ask me about these.
Training, groups, seminars, and group supervision - please make contact with your requirements to discuss what I can offer.
Mentoring - Please get in touch if you would like to book a mentoring session. I really enjoy mentoring counsellors that are developing their private practice.
Cancellation Policy - My cancellation policy is 48 hours notice, or the full fee for the session remains payable. I do not work Fridays or weekends, so for cancellations for a Monday session, this must be made by the close of the business day on Thursday.

Response times: Please note that I will usually reply to emails within 24-48 hours during office hours Monday to Thursday. I will respond to emails received on Fridays and at weekends on the Monday after.
I cannot provide a crisis service but if you are in crisis you may wish to contact: NHS 111 in a mental health emergency, 999 in an immediate crisis or the Samaritans on 116 123 - and they have a free supportive 24 hour phone line.
