Fees and Contact Details
Please feel free to email me at: emmawestoncounselling@proton.me to check my current availability. I offer a half‑price 50‑minute introductory online or telephone session so we can get a sense of whether we’re a good fit to work together.
The best way to contact me is by email to arrange a video or phone appointment. I’m not able to take unscheduled calls during my working week, so all phone calls need to be booked in advance. I also prefer initial contact by email, as my phone is usually on “do not disturb” while I’m working and texts may not be seen or responded to for some time.
Availability
I work Monday to Thursday daytimes from 8am GMT, with a small number of limited evening appointments.
Counselling and psychotherapy fees
- Daytime: £70.00 per 50‑minute session for individuals.
- Organisations: Fees are slightly higher to reflect the additional resources and administration involved.
- Evenings (from 5pm): £80.00 per 50‑minute session, with very limited availability.
Concessions and student rates
I can offer a limited number of reduced‑fee places for counselling and psychotherapy students, as well as others on lower incomes, for therapy, mentoring, or supervision.
Supervision
I provide integrative supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, as well as other health professionals. Fees are £60–£70 per hour, depending on requirements.
Training, groups, and seminars
For training, groups, seminars, or group supervision, please get in touch with your requirements so we can discuss what I can offer.
Mentoring
If you’d like support with your private practice, I also offer mentoring sessions and would be happy to discuss what you’re looking for.
Response times: Please note that I will usually reply to emails within 24-48 hours during office hours Monday to Thursday. I will respond to emails received on Fridays and at weekends on the Monday after.
I cannot provide a crisis service but if you are in crisis you may wish to contact: NHS 111 in a mental health emergency, 999 in an immediate crisis or the Samaritans on 116 123 - and they have a free supportive 24 hour phone line.
